Description

Construction of a new standalone KFC “Box 11 V2.0” drive-thru restaurant on a 4,000 m² greenfield site adjacent to the Midland Highway / Geelong Road corner in Bannockburn. The scope includes full civil and earthworks, site preparation, pavements, kerbs and stormwater; a concrete slab-on-ground structure founded on weathered basalt; steel-framed superstructure with specialist facade cladding (Exotec, Cemintel Barestone, Lysaght Longline, clip-on battens); internal fitout comprising KFC front-of-house dining, servery, drive-thru, BOH, amenities, coolroom and commercial kitchen with full stainless steel joinery, hoods and refrigeration. External works include a 31–32 bay carpark with dual drive-thru order points, pay and pickup windows, loading bay, service enclosure, pylon and facade signage, landscaping, fencing and street furniture. Services include full electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, hydraulic, fire, communications, CCTV/security and drive-thru PTS systems.
